This is the first of two assignments this week.
If you could change one thing about the world, what would it be? Why would you make this change? Make sure you develop your answer before you publish it!
Once you have posted your response, read the responses posted by your peers and reply thoughtfully to at least two other students. Compliment strong points, make connections, ask questions and build on ideas shared!
As always, I look forward to reading your responses!

Desert Island Dilemma
If you knew you would be stranded on a desert island for 1 year, which 5 objects would you bring with you? Keep in mind that there is NO electricity on the island! Choose you objects carefully and then explain your choices in a brief paragraph.
Once you have completed your selections and posted your explanation, read and respond to at least 2 peers.
As always, I look forward to reading your responses!

100 Word Story
Your task this week is to create a short story using the following picture and only 100 words. Not 99. Not 101. One hundred exactly!
Make sure you study the picture closely and let your imagination run wild! Be as creative as you can and don't forget to include the picture in your post!
I look forward to reading what you come up with and make sure you check your spelling and grammar before you publish it!
Once this has been completed and posted on your blog, read and respond to at least 3 other people’s posts.
Good luck!
