ReplyDeleteMy friends don't influence my health because they don't tell me what to eat or how active to be. But i think i make healthy eating choices by my self and i think I'm active enough too.
IM rory6180.
ReplyDeleteI think peers would have an effect because of peer presure, for instince, if your friends were smoking, you may be more willing to try smoking.
My friends don't really influence my health because they really care about their own health. For them it goes them first then somebody else. But I think I exercise alone good enough at home and at school, wherever I am.
ReplyDeleteNo they don't affect me health.

ReplyDeleteI do not think your peers influence your health unless they peer pressure you into eating something bad or smoking or drinking
My peers do not impact my health because know what is healthy for me and what is not so by eating healthy foods it makes me feel better than eating unhealthy foods.

No my peers dont impack my heath because they dont tell me what to eat or when to excerise and i lie that they dont do that because if they did i might feel bad about my self becausei don't eat right or don't excerise.

I say no because I eat organically. I am happy with it and it does make me feel relaxed. I do drool over some stuff that friends have but when I think of it I do get treats for desserts and at Grandparents.

I think your peers do impact your health because if your friends aren't being active then chances are that you are not going to be active either. Same goes for eating habits, if your friends don't eat healthy then chances are, you aren't going to be eating healthy either.

I think that peers do help us with our health because when they are outside and theres a lot of us we play a running game or something like that. And when we all help each other out like that we are helping one an other out to stay fit.

i said yes because since i like sports i try to eat healthy and with someone i want to beat so i just keep eating healthier or not. some times when i see someone having like a fruit roll up i think i really want that but i shouldn't really eat it but it tastes good and also i think that it affect's us because i don't like when people watch me eat so if they look at me i wont want to eat.

Yes I think that my peers impact my health because they can offer me unhealthy foods or say come to my house lets watch a movie instead of biking or doing something physically active.
ReplyDeletegreg6091
Yes. Some of my friends at baseball kind of get me active because we always wanna through the ball around and get moving.

hey cory6190 here and i think that your peers can affect your health because they can influence what you do like to smoke which is not good for your body. They can also influence your fitness by asking you to play video games when you could be outside. Also they can also affect what you eat by saying that something is gross and you agree because of peer pressure
